Role Overview

As a Sales Manager specializing in smart workspace solutions, you will focus on the commercial real estate sector, selling solutions tailored to office buildings. You will leverage your extensive network in the building automation industry, including systems such as turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other technologies, to drive sales and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
  • Identify and target key players in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, including property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market penetration for smart workspace solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building automation technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Client Engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in the building automation ecosystem, such as suppliers of turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other systems.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points in managing office buildings.
  • Present tailored smart workspace solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and tenant satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions that connect building automation systems with smart workspace technologies.
