Job Requisition

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong inter-personal, negotiation an problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in cleaning industry or facilities management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
• Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with new or existing customers via client visits and cold calling
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, sales forecast, reports and presentations or any further documentations
• Work closely with internal departments
• Provide inputs and ideas to grow key accounts
• Assist with additional tasks/initiatives as assigned
