A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional with strong cold calling skills and at least 4-6 years of experience in air or sea freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will promote logistics services, establish customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills are required. Own transport is necessary for this role.

Job Responsibilities
Cold Calling to prospective clients
To promote Crystal Freight Services Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives
Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
Establish strong customer base
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
Source and develop client referrals.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
Perform any other job-related duties assigned by superior
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Achieve sales target
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O level
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
