Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior/Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. Responsibilities include prospecting clients, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. A diploma or higher in a relevant field is required. This position offers a salary range of $4,000 - $5,500 and working hours of 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday.

- Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Interact with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.

Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Cycle Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
Product Knowledge
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
Reporting
- Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration and Follow-up
- Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.
