Location: International Business Park (Near JE MRT)

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: 9 - 5, Mon - Fri (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities
Operations & Order Processing
  • Support regional teams (Singapore, Japan, USA) in preparing quotations and clarifying requirements for service parts requests.
  • Handle customer queries and provide updates on orders, pricing, and product information.
  • Enter quotations and orders into CRM/ERP systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify commercial terms, review purchase orders, and issue order acknowledgements.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with logistics and factory teams on delivery schedules and shipments.
  • Maintain records of service parts activities and ensure data accuracy.
Sales Support
  • Prepare service parts quotations and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Assist sales teams, distributors, and agents with customer-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support when needed.
Customer Support
  • Offer basic technical and commercial guidance for parts requirements and maintenance needs.
  • Advise customers on recommended stock levels for essential components.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and provide updates to sales teams.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in any field with 1-2 years of admin/inside sales support experience
