Descripción de la vacante
A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Operation Coordinator to support sales operations and manage customer relationships. The candidate will coordinate logistics, drive revenue growth, and must have a minimum of 3-5 years in sales coordination or FMCG retail. The position offers a salary range of $2500-$3000 plus additional incentives and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.
Formación
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or FMCG retail preferred.
- Experience in food retail or health snack products is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like GRAB, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate daily sales activities across online and offline channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with retail partners, distributors, and logistics providers.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Support inventory tracking and restocking needs.
- Handle invoicing and basic accounting tasks related to sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Job Summary

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or FMCG retail preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food retail or health snack products
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (GRAB, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination
- Experience handling import clearance
