Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and organize day-to-day inventory processes within the warehouse. You will lead a team of about 10, ensure efficient and accurate warehouse activities, and support order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain management. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse.
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, including training and performance management.
• Work closely with retail operations to resolve daily operational issues.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Warehouse Supervisor (In house Brand/ Retail)

• Basic $3,500 - $4,500 + PB + AWS

• Work Location: Kaki Bukit Avenue

• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Alternate Sat 9am–1pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders

• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling, and performance management

• Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
