They are now seeking a sales‑driven Coffee Specialist to provide personalized service, promote exclusive coffee products, and contribute to the success of a high‑performing retail team.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
Understand customer preferences to offer personalized product recommendations and enhance their shopping experience.
Master detailed product knowledge across over 60 coffee capsule SKUs, including intensity, origin, flavour notes, and taste profiles.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on coffee machines and brewing techniques.
Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions and help them navigate product choices.
Accurately process point‑of‑sale transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and consistently provide excellent customer service.
A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about premium coffee products.
At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers confidently.
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
