About Our Client

We represent a globally recognized retail brand, synonymous with quality and sophistication in coffee machines, capsules, and accessories. They are now seeking a sales‑driven Coffee Specialist to provide personalized service, promote exclusive coffee products, and contribute to the success of a high‑performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, contributing to a positive shopping environment.

  • Understand customer preferences to offer personalized product recommendations and enhance their shopping experience.

  • Master detailed product knowledge across over 60 coffee capsule SKUs, including intensity, origin, flavour notes, and taste profiles.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on coffee machines and brewing techniques.

  • Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions and help them navigate product choices.

  • Accurately process point‑of‑sale transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and consistently provide excellent customer service.

Key Requirements
  • A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about premium coffee products.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers confidently.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
