Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador (Retail) to represent their products and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Candidates should have prior retail or customer service experience and strong communication skills. This role includes driving sales, managing store operations, and fostering customer relationships. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service at the retail outlet.
- Engage customers by sharing product knowledge and brand story.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions or events.
