We’re Hiring: Sales Associate (Luxury Retail)

Join a leading luxury jewellery brand as a Sales Associate and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving attractive commission earnings!

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and attentive customer service
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide product knowledge
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Achieve personal and store sales targets through upselling and clienteling
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy
• Support daily store operations including cashiering and inventory

Requirements

• Prior retail experience withestablished brands preferred
• Comfortable working in acustomer-facing sales environment
• Able to commit to a long-term role
• Able to work rotating shifts,including weekends and public holidays
• Able to cover at least 44 hours perweek, including at least 2 full-shift days
• Good communication skills. Ability toread Chinese and speak Mandarin is preferred due to customer profile
• Professional grooming and presentation standards required
• Singaporean Only

Location

• Islandwide outlets across Singapore

Work Details

• Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift
• For Changi Airport Terminal 1, shifts start as early as 6:00 a.m. and may end at 12:00 a.m.
• Company transport provided for staff ending at midnight shift at Changi locations

Salary

Up to $3,500 monthly basic + comms
