We are hiring a hands-on Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead to join a Singapore-based interior design and renovation studio.

We are a boutique interior design and renovation studio delivering end-to-end residential projects. The team works closely across sales, design, and operations to ensure a smooth client journey — from first consultation to project completion.
You will focus on client-facing sales, managing consultations, converting enquiries into confirmed projects, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Depending on experience, the role may also include mentoring or supporting junior sales team members, while remaining actively involved in hands-on sales.
The role offers a base salary with a performance-based commission structure, aligned with individual sales results and overall contribution. Higher earning potential is available for candidates who take on broader ownership or team leadership responsibilities.
