Job summary

A luxury service centre in Singapore seeks a customer-focused individual to join as a service representative. You will welcome customers, register watches for inspection, and communicate watch issues effectively.   • Provide preliminary assessment of watch issues (not repair, but able to explain in simple terms)
  • Liaise between customers and watchmakers, ensuring smooth handover of repair cases
  • Maintain a professional service environment and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers on repair progress, collection, and after-sales service
