Fund Administration Executive
Location : Singapore

In the position, will be responsible for the day to day operations of accounting and administration of hedge funds and will strive to be a one point contact to investment managers and funds’ investors. To carry out these duties, the successful applicant will coordinate with and lead relevant support teams to deliver timely and accurate fund administration services to our fund clients.

• Lead a sub-team in Singapore office and coordinate with relevant support teams in local and oversea offices.
• Provide CRM client relationship management and take action to ensure any unsatisfactory clients are returned to satisfactory.
• Ensure that necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide complete, accurate and timely fund administration services to our clients.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered to our clients as per service level agreement.
• Assist in pre-launch phase of new client fund vehicles; launching of new fund and review operational procedure.
• Oversee the timely completion of all funds’ audit.
• Ensure all funds are in adherence to regulatory reporting and requirements.

• Bachelor or Master level degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualified accountant.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in fund administration industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skill is a must, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize to deliver on time.
• Advanced level MS Excel, proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.
• Having knowledge of transfer agency services, FATCA and CRS will be an advantage.
• Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• A detailed understanding of the various fund types and investment products covered by this role.
• Candidate with less working experience may be considered as Manager, Fund Accounting, Hedge Fund Administration.
