Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a QC Mechanical Technician to perform inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2-4 years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment. The role requires proficiency in documentation and reporting using computer software. Competitive salary and bonuses are included.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience with a mechanical or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, ball gauges, dial indicators, etc.
  • Conduct incoming inspection of motors, generators and mechanical parts.
  • Inspect in-process and finished products for compliance with technical specifications.
  • Check assembly and fitting accuracy in mechanical disassembly and final assembly.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformities to the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and test data.
  • Ensuring measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Support process audits and assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.

Skills

Working hours: 8:15am - 5:30pm

Location: Joo Koon (Transport from Lakeside / CCK / Joo Koon MRT)

Salary: $2500 to $3000 + OT + AWS + Bonus
