Junior Sales Executive (Global Focus)

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Global Business Development & Client Partnership
- International Travel: Travel frequently to international locations across Asia, Europe, the US, and beyond to meet clients, understand their needs, and forge lasting business relationships.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new business by researching and identifying high‑potential clients while also working with provided leads.
- Account Expansion: Explore and secure additional business opportunities within existing client accounts and potentially from their competitors.
- Customised Solution Design: Consult with clients to deeply understand their specific requirements and collaborate with our factory teams overseas to develop and deliver customised, value‑added solutions.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial sample stage and negotiation through to mass production and final delivery—working closely with dedicated coordinators.
Market Insight & Administration
- Market Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry by continuously monitoring market conditions and competitor activities.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share crucial client and market feedback with our product development teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance, manage client forecasts, maintain meticulous sales activity records, and analyse data to strategies and improve results.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor customer payment statuses and manage related administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Essential proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our supporting teams based in China and a significant portion of our global clientele.
- Education: Minimum GCE O‑Level or higher.
- Technical Aptitude: Must possess knowledge of electronics/electrical concepts to effectively discuss technical requirements with clients and our factory teams.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently is a core requirement of this role.
- Driving: Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license. (Own vehicle preferred for local site visits/client meetings.).
