Our Licensing & Enterprise Risk Management team plays a critical role in upholding healthcare excellence through regulatory compliance, establishing robust data protection protocols to safeguard patient data, and implementing risk‑management strategies to mitigate potential threats associated with healthcare delivery.
In this role, you will contribute significantly to the following areas:
You will support the development, implementation, and updating of data protection policies in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You will assist in updating internal processes to meet PDPA obligations, conduct audits to identify gaps, and enhance internal control systems. You will also organise activities to raise staff awareness of data protection policies, address related queries and complaints, and provide secretariat support for data protection meetings.
You will maintain systems and processes ensuring conformance with the MOH Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and other standards, including ISO Accreditation. You will plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and support all departments in meeting licensing requirements.
You will assist the Senior Manager in developing the SCH ERM work plan by analysing risk information to identify trends and areas of focus for annual review by Senior Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to monitor key risks and coordinate ongoing ERM activities across the three CHs. Additionally, you will facilitate ERM implementation and promote a risk‑aware culture, ensuring compliance with the SingHealth AEN framework for incident reporting.
