Job summary
A leading automotive trading firm in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant for a full-time position. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and good communication skills. This role offers a salary range of $2000 to $2500, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Must possess basic accounting knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle Account payable, Account Receivables, billing schedule.
- Answer customer phone calls and reply to client emails.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
