Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant accounting experience.
• Leadership experience in supervising juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, issue invoices, and track balances.
• Handle Accounts Payable, check supplier statements and prepare payments.
• Create and update customer accounts and vendor details.
• Supervise Accounts Assistants and review their work.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain general ledger.
• Process staff expense claims.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

Skills

Professional communication in Chinese and English

Understanding of AR/AP and financial principles

Guiding and supervising Accounts Assistants

Proficiency in Excel

High accuracy in transaction processing
