Job summary

A staffing service provider in Singapore is looking for an accountant to manage account receivables, payables, and bookkeeping. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and be familiar with accounting systems. This position is for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent, and requires immediate availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of account/finance experience required.
  • Familiarity with any accounting system is essential.
  • Immediate availability or short notice start is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Account Receivable and Account Payable tasks.
  • Manage Book Keeping and process invoice payments.
  • Perform Billing, data entries, and Bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain General Ledger.
