Job description
Responsibilities
  • Expand existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and offering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients to strengthen and diversify the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve — and ideally surpass — annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Create customized sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotes) with clear, effective communication.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and quoting to coordination with operations, project execution, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication and timely follow-ups at every stage of the sales and client engagement process.
