ACMV Project Quantity Surveyor
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an ACMV Project Quantity Surveyor (QS) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems. Responsibilities include administering contracts, preparing valuations, and sourcing suppliers. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of AutoCAD. This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to take on challenges in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant QS experience in ACMV systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Administer contracts and documentation for ACMV systems.
- Prepare interim valuations and payment claims.
- Source suppliers and compile price comparisons.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts and documentation for ACMV systems.
- Prepare interim valuations, contract variation orders, payment claims, and final accounts.
- Source suppliers and subcontractors, and compile price comparisons for tenders and project costing.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant QS experience in ACMV systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong integrity and sense of responsibility.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Preferably with experience in the construction industry, especially in ACMV system installation.
- Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, contract law, and local/international codes of practice/standards is an advantage.
