Job Description & Requirements

Job Description:

• Meeting with clients and provide consultation to meet customers needs
• Conceptualize creative ideas and solutions
• Prepare proposals to meet clients requirements
• Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure smooth construction of the project
• Able to visualize concepts, drawings and explain details to clients

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, addition and alteration and re configuration.
• Prepare construction drawings, write material specifications, and other design documentation
• Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.
• Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of the client
• Prepares final designs and specifications, within the consideration of the client's budget requirements and restrictions.
• Performs necessary drafting work for projects.
• Performs related work as required

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of interior design
• Good knowledge of AutoCad and sales background preferred
• Able to sketch, read drawings and sell ideas to clients
• Self motivated, responsible and determination to succeed
• Able to work under pressure and target driven. You will need to be well presented professional and willing to put in the hours
