Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract administration within civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of civil works experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, preparing contract documentation, and managing budgets and financials. Candidates with a QS or contracts background will have an advantage. This role offers a salary of $6000 to $8000 based on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil works.
- Candidates with QS or contracts background are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with managing director for quotations from clients.
- Prepare pre-tender documentation and attend tender meetings.
- Prepare contract documents and coordinate contract administration.
- Assist project managers with monthly progress payment preparation.
- Attend site meetings as required and maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare budgets and cash flow projections.

- Assist in negotiation of sub-contractor packages.
- Monitor project cost and financial administration.
