A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage project accounts and liaise with various stakeholders including consultants and contractors. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in relevant fields and have 3-5 years of experience in the industry. Responsibilities include handling progress claims, managing purchasing processes, and ensuring timely finalization of project accounts. Attractive compensation package offered.
Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
Any ad‑hoic duties as assigned.
Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
