Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage M&E tender documentation, including scope of works, bills of quantities, and specifications.
• Call, evaluate, and analyse tenders for M&E subcontract works.
• Conduct commercial and technical evaluations, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Prepare tender reports, recommendations, and documents for management approval.
• Assist in award of contracts, including preparation of Letters of Award and contract agreements.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, quantity surveyors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedures, and project budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for tendering and award processes.
