Location: Tuas South Street (Bus nearby)

Working hours: 5 days a week - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4800 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost budgets and estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage all financial aspects of contracts, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Track design changes, adjust budget projections, and manage all contract cost reporting to ensure project financial control.
• Administer subcontractor quotations, payments, and variation orders.
• Prepare interim valuations, monthly claims, and ensure timely submission of all variation orders and cost claims.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related industries.
• 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience (road work, drain work, earth work, etc.).
