Job summary

A growing construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to manage tender processes, cost estimations, and subcontractor negotiations. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry and a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred, although not mandatory. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, conducting site visits, and maintaining contractual documentation.
