Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts, including the preparation and submission of progress claims.
• Assist the Manager in contractual matters, including the evaluation and submission of variation claims.
• Support the Manager in sourcing quotations, preparing cost estimates, and conducting cost comparisons.
• Liaise with consultants on contract‑related and commercial matters.
• Assess and prepare subcontractors’ claims for verification and payment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, cost control practices, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore building regulations and standard contract forms is an advantage.
