• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project costs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of subcontractors and invoices.
• Participate in site meetings for contractual advice.
• Monitor project costs and recommend savings.
• Support project teams in reporting and documentation.
