Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for projects.

• Conduct material and labor cost analysis to ensure accurate pricing and competitive proposals.

• Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and implement effective cost control measures.

• Manage contract variations, assess changes in project scope, and handle dispute resolutions when necessary.

• Prepare final accounts, reconcile project costs, and generate detailed cost reports.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth financial and contractual operations.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contract terms, and project specifications.

• Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Relevant experience is an advantage.
