We are well establishing Construction Company. In line with our expansion plan, we invite suitable qualified individuals to fill the following position:-

ACMV QS cum Drafter

Duties:

-Prepare tender submission, cost reports, cost plans and evalute tender.

- Responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.

- Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits and tender briefings/meetings.

- Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies.

- Liaise, communicate and work with subcontractors/vendors/suppliers.

- Timely preparation of tender documents.

- Liaise with Project Team for Variation Order and Progress Claim

Job Requirements:

- Able to use Autocad & Revit.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

- Experience related to ACMV more prefer

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services

- Min 2 years Project Engineer / QS Experience related to Building Services / ACMV services.

- Proficient in MS Office Software

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- A good team player

- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.

- Contractual knowledge is preferred.
