Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement role in oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in South East Asia and Middle East procurement.
  • Involvement in annual spending of SGD300million - SGD500million projects.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage contracts for procurement.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budget.
