Responsibilities

  • Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate with courier services.
  • Communicate with Operations and Accounts departments regarding orders.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document printing tasks.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and regular inventory checks.
  • Accurately receive, issue, and record stock movements.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory control and track stock movements.
  • Handle e-commerce system operations and manage product information.
  • Load, unload, and transport goods as required.

  • Position Title: Ecommerce and Logistics Coordinator
  • Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate with courier services to ensure timely dispatch and arrival.
  • Communicate with the Operations and Accounts departments regarding orders and payments.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document printing tasks.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and sufficient stock levels.
  • Accurately receive, issue, and record stock movements.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock in/out tracking.
  • Handle e-commerce system operations, create listings, update order statuses, and manage product information.
  • Load, unload, and transport goods safely as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
