Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate and manage various construction projects. The role involves liaising with consultants, verifying work compliance with drawings, and ensuring project documentation is ready for ISO audits. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering along with strong coordination and communication skills. This position offers a salary range of $3800 to $5400.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering required.
- Proven experience in site coordination and technical issue resolution essential.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants on project drawings and updates.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications and rectify non-compliance.
- Assist in project planning and document preparation for submissions.

Education
Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)

Salary: $3800 to $5400
Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering
- Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- Attend project / technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner / consultants to keep progress smooth.
- Verify work on site against approved drawings / specifications / authority requirements and ensure subcontractor rectifies non-compliance.
- Resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimize delay.
- Ensure related documentation updated and ready for ISO audit.
- Cooperate with safety department and carry out duties within safety framework.
- Assist site management team in project planning & coordination.
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
- Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
- Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Understand critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
- Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
