Job summary
A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a professional to lead instructional materials development and manage centre operations. The role involves ensuring instructional quality, evaluating materials for compliance with academic standards, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates must have knowledge of Maths at PSLE level and be prepared to work in a flexible schedule including weekends. This position plays a critical role in driving educational excellence and operational success.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Maths at PSLE level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and revision of instructional materials.
- Oversee the department's budget and day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational materials and strategies.
- Train future franchisees and cover staff duties as needed.
- Drive sales growth and set up new centres.
