A leading talent solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Omni Channel eCommerce Operations Manager. This hands-on role focuses on managing warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring effective onboarding of new clients, and maintaining service excellence across eCommerce logistics. Qualifications

• 35+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms.
• Solid people management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily eCommerce orders across multiple marketplaces.
• Lead and support the onboarding of new clients and create SOPs.
