Vice President, Business Operations

We are representing our client to conduct a search for a Vice President, Business Operations to take on full accountability for the performance and leadership of an established business.

The Role

The role carries end-to-end responsibility for the overall performance of the business, with clear accountability for financial outcomes. The Vice President will be expected to translate strategic direction into executable priorities, ensuring that plans are not only well-conceived but consistently delivered.

A core part of the mandate is to strengthen leadership capability and accountability across the organisation. This includes setting clear expectations, addressing gaps decisively, and building a management team that can operate with discipline and ownership.
