Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan bus scheduling for daily and chartered jobs.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor assignments for outsourced transport services.
• Schedule and monitor regular maintenance for all company vehicles.
• Handle the renewal of Vehicle Parking Certificates (VPC), Road Tax, and Insurance for all vehicles.
• Ensure inventory control and stock accuracy, including restocking and product listing updates.
