Résumé du poste
A leading global financial institution is looking for an Associate to manage Lending-related IT projects. The role involves supporting project management, gathering user requirements, and designing workflows. Candidates should have at least 3 years of banking experience in the Back-Office lending domain, along with strong analytical skills and team leadership experience. Qualifications in Business Analysis are advantageous. This position is based in Singapore and requires occasional travel within the APAC region.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Back-Office banking, specifically in Lending.
- Hands-on experience in creating both Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and experience in leading teams.
Responsabilités
- Support the team as a Subject Matter Expert for Lending-related IT Projects.
- Facilitate system function design and workflow design.
- Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis.
