Job summary
A leading restaurant management company in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to provide exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities include assisting with restaurant operations, answering customer queries, and maintaining cleanliness. Relevant experience in customer service or restaurant operations is a plus. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in customer service or restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures.
- Responsible for restaurant opening and closing operations.
- Answer customer queries regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Perform bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Fulfill other duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager.
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- $2500 - $3300
- CBD / Downtown
- Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation work of restaurant opening and closing operation hours.
- Answering customer’s queries regarding menu items, ingredients or any other product related queries.
- Includes bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times.
- Any other job related duties requested by Restaurant Manager.
- With relevant experience.
