A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced accountant to manage full set of accounts independently. The role includes processing payroll, preparing monthly management accounts, and ensuring GST compliance. Candidates should be proficient in account reconciliation and have a thorough understanding of payroll and financial reporting. Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Formación
- Experience with full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and CPF submission processes.
- Capability to prepare GST returns with accuracy.
Responsabilidades
- Handle full set of accounts independently.
- Make payroll and submit CPF monthly.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Record and manage hire purchase and leasing transactions.
Conocimientos
Handle full set of accounts independently, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation and month end closing.
Make payroll and submit CPF monthly with HR system.
Update and follow up GIRO payment from different portals
Follow up with operation teams for monthly AR/AP closing
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and schedules
Record and manage hire purchase and leasing transactions, including:
- Capitalization of leased assets
- Allocation of principal and interest
- Monthly HP/Lease schedules and reconciliations
- Interest expense and liability tracking
Prepare GST returns, ensure accuracy of GST treatment for HP and leasing transactions
Liaise with accounting firm for financial year statement, ECI
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Support year end closing and ad-hoc finance tasks
