A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Claims Administration Support professional to enhance the claims process and customer experience. This role involves handling claims notifications, preparing documents, and liaising effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma and possess strong customer service skills. A proactive attitude towards process improvements is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

You will be responsible for supporting overall operation of claims admin unit, including participation in continuous improvement of current claims processes and enhancing overall customer’s experience.
