Job summary

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Supervise the operation of assigned rides and shows, ensuring safety, service excellence, operational efficiency, and show quality.
  • Perform Duty Supervisor responsibilities, including responding to guest concerns, operational issues, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other business units to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure that the cleanliness and maintenance standards of rides are consistently met.
Safety & Compliance
  • Review and revise safety procedures and documentation to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Conduct safety training and ensure completion of training documentation for team members.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Support the development of Relief Leads and Status Leads.
  • Foster a guest‑centric culture by encouraging team members to engage with guests.
Reporting & Administration
  • Analyze operational reports such as guest feedback, capacity, downtime, and incident reports to drive improvements.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure accurate maintenance of daily operating logs and employee records.
Other Duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
