Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control the daily operation in QAC by planning of work and manpower arrangement for optimisation of efficiency.
• Review and approve quality records and other documents.
• Plan, co-ordinate and execute objectives, projects and quality procedures.
• Plan, review and update QA procedures and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions by analysing quality results and make sound judgement.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with related parties on enquires and complaints.
• Perform internal calibration/verification and external calibration of QA equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance and calibration status of the test and measuring equipment is in proper.
• Train new QA Inspectors / Leaders / Senior Leader / Supervisor / Senior Supervisor/new Controller.
• Identify training needs and recommend relevant training for staffs.
• Perform QA Supervisor / Senior Supervisor related jobs if deemed necessary or as instructed by QA controller and above.
• Perform other QA related jobs as instructed by QA controller and above.
• Report to superior and above for any quality related incident or any incident that may have impact to quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant discipline in relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Knowledge in QC Tools and statistical techniques.
• With background or knowledge in ISO 13485 / ISO 9001.
• Good communication and writing skill in English.
• Entry level candidates are welcome.
