Descrição da oferta de emprego

Duration: 6 + 3 months

Location: Maxwell

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Manage records digitisation project

  • Review, categorise and tag existing records
  • Coordinate with vendors for records digitisation, including packing and transfer of records
  • Monitor project progress and maintain documentation throughout the process
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of digitised records against originals
  • Proper disposal of records in accordance with guidelines
  • Organise and maintain records storage system for retained records

Support graduation event planning

  • Assist in event coordination and logistics
  • Handle event-related administrative matters
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any related field
  • Comfortable with occasional hands-on tasks such as packing and moving office files
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Able to manage tasks independently with good follow-through
