A leading beauty and wellness group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of all branches. This role involves ensuring service excellence, managing branch staff, and implementing standard procedures to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven experience as an outlet Manager or in the beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage and support branch managers and staff, ensuring performance and productivity targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Drive marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Proven experience as an outlet Manager or similar role in the beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and brand development is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
