1. Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand company revenue and market presence.

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients through cold calls, meetings, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable service or product solutions.

3. Sales & Marketing Support
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

4. Contract Negotiations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with clients.

  • Ensure agreements comply with company policies and profitability goals.

5. Project Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

6. Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare regular business development reports for management.

7. Networking & Partnerships
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to develop new leads.
