Job summary
A recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage various marketing responsibilities including executing campaigns and managing customer communications. The role involves analyzing marketing performances and working closely with the Customer Service team. Candidates interested in this position should send their resumes to the provided email address. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Execute collateral production for campaigns designed for the product or portfolio.
- Track, fulfill and analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
- Manage customer queries and issues with product activities.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis.
- Work with stakeholders on campaigns related to the portfolio.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Execute collateral production for the campaigns designed for the product or portfolio, which may include both ATL and BTL
- Timely tracking, fulfilment and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies
- Manage customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team
- Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace
- Work cross functionally with other stakeholders for campaigns related to the portfolio
