• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Execute collateral production for campaigns designed for the product or portfolio.

• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis.
• Work with stakeholders on campaigns related to the portfolio.

Job description

Main duties and Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to following)

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Execute collateral production for the campaigns designed for the product or portfolio, which may include both ATL and BTL
• Timely tracking, fulfilment and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies
• Manage customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team
• Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace
• Work cross functionally with other stakeholders for campaigns related to the portfolio
