About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our banking client for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to drive the growth and innovation of their cash management and digital payment solutions for corporate and institutional clients. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate banking, fintech, and digital transformation, where you will develop strategies to optimize revenue, enhance client experience, and expand market presence in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Revenue Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients (including NBFIs).
- Lead periodic KYC/CDD reviews and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote and cross-sell a full range of online payment, FX, liquidity management, and cash management solutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase fee-based income (NII/NIC) through transaction growth and value‑added services.
- Track client profitability and implement initiatives to boost revenue contribution.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and acquire new clients for cash management and payment solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
- Craft tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and pain points.
- Represent the bank at industry events, fintech forums, and networking platforms to strengthen market visibility.
3. Product & Operations Management
- Conduct data analysis on product performance, client activity, and market trends to support business strategy.
- Oversee daily position reporting, reconciliation, and operational processes within the Cash Management Centre.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Sales teams for smooth delivery and product enhancement.
- Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives for the Singapore market.
- Prepare management reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking, fintech, or digital payments/cash management
- Prior exposure to transaction banking, online payments, or FX solutions preferred
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients)
- Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, WeChat engagement, or social media campaign management
- Strong understanding of financial services marketing and corporate digital banking products
- Solid project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about fintech innovation, e‑commerce trends, and digital transformation in banking
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player
