A leading cleaning and facility services firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and secure new contracts. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational feasibility and assist in market expansion initiatives. Candidates should have a degree in Business or Marketing and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in related fields. This position offers performance incentives and opportunities for career advancement.
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our cleaning and facility services business. You will drive revenue growth by securing new contracts, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting market expansion initiatives.
This role works closely with the Admin & HR Executive for quotations, proposals, and documentation, and with the Operations Executive to ensure operational feasibility, accurate manpower planning, and smooth onboarding of new clients.
You play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality service.
Acquire and grow new customer accounts across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Track and analyse monthly sales results to identify growth opportunities.
Provide actionable insights from sales data to support service expansion and pricing strategies.
Work with Admin & HR Executive on quotations, proposals, contracts, and billing matters.
Coordinate with Operations Executive on manpower availability, site assessments, and service feasibility.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment follow-up.
Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, digital channels, and industry engagement.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
Support management in planning marketing campaigns, presentations, and outreach materials.
With Admin & HR Executive: Provide sales inputs; Admin prepares proposals, contracts, and internal documentation.
With Operations Executive: Arrange site visits, validate operational requirements, and ensure successful service rollouts.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or cleaning/facilities services preferred.
Strong communication and client-servicing skills.
Proactive, adaptive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Willing to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
Be a key contributor to company revenue and growth strategy.
