Job Scope:
Project Management & Programme Administration
Support management of placement programmes (e.g., CCPs), including strategy design, outreach, stakeholder engagement, structure, systems, and operations.
Assist in implementing manpower redeployment plans across MNCs, LLEs, SMEs, TACs, and Unions.
Conduct onboarding for organisations and employees in placement programmes.
Track programme outcomes, success stories, milestones, and grant disbursements.
Manage MSc Capstone Projects, including industry outreach, project scoping, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and event organization.
Secretarial & Reporting Support
Support secretariat duties and administrative functions.
Generate reports for updates and decision-making.
Liaise with HR, Finance, and corporate services; maintain databases and compile statistics for government submissions.
Handle placement administration activities.
Outreach & Collaboration
Assist with outreach to organisations (MNCs, LLEs, SMEs, TACs, Unions) and follow-ups.
Collaborate with partners and government agencies to promote career opportunities and support PMETs in career planning and re-skilling.
Work with educational institutions and training providers to align course offerings and secure funding.
Publicity & Marketing Support
Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials.
Support marketing and awareness efforts for the university and placement programmes targeting organizations and individuals.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
Technologically savvy and proficient in MS Office and Adobe applications.
Knowledge in Power BI would be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in providing office administration and secretarial support.
